Corporal Oswald Foo along with Dolai and Lall were jointly charged for unlawfully wounding Deonarine Raffi.It is alleged that on October 28 at Leonora, West Coast Demerara, the three unlawfully and maliciously wounded Raffi with intent to maim, disfigure or cause grievous bodily harm.It is further alleged that on the same day at Leonora, Dolai and Lall,Wholesale Baltimore Orioles Jerseys, unlawfully and maliciously wounded the teen with intent to maim disfigure or cause grievous bodily harm. Both charges were indictable so the defendants were not required to plea.However, their attorney Hukumchand asked for the Administration of Justice Act to be applied. The prosecution objected.
